Physician / Radiology / Louisiana / Locum or Permanent / Interventional Radiologist Job

• Work Dates Needed: January ongoing
• Shift Type: Day
• Shift: M-F, 7 am - 5pm (2 weeks on and 1 off)
• Weekend Requirements: Read DX for one of the hospitals in the AM from 8-12p. As needed for call.
• Call Requirements: 1/4 weekend rotation; 1- or 2-days call during the work week
• Worksite Setting: Inpatient
• Desired Subspecialty: Interventional Radiology
• Trauma Facility Level Level II
• DX/ IR Volume and % Breakdown* 80% IR
• Modalities: Diagnostic: CT Diagnostic Vascular Imaging no mammo
• Procedures:10-12 procedures daily; Volume Expectations: vascular, dialysis, biopsies, lines, para/thoras, filters, embolizations, vascular
• Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: LA state license, BC, interventional radiology fellowship
• EMR: Intelerad PACS Powerscribe Transcription
• Pay Rate: $335/hr
