-- Current Board Eligible or Certified
-- Active and unrestricted Alabama license or IMLC required
-- BLS, ACLS,PALS certification required
-- Clinic + Call coverage, outpatient/inpatient management, surgeries
-- Call response time: 30 minutes
-- Average 24 hour phone consults: 3
-- Average 24 hour admissions: 1
-- Average of 25 patients per day
-- Required Skills: Routine delivery, OB Ultrasounds - Performance of, interpretation, Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations, Office/minor gynecology - IUD, Cystoscopy, Colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP, etc., Surgical gynecology - Laparoscopic diagnostic/minor only - tubal ligation, LOA's, chronal tubation, Operative/major (includes diagnostic) - ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOA's
-- Facility Details: EMR: Athena & Meditech, 20 beds in department, Trauma level 2 facility, PED’s level 2 facility, Support Staff: RN: 2, MA: 4, PA/NP: 1-- Credentialing timeline: estimated 30 Days
