Work Dates Needed: March 18-25 M-F only
Preferred Schedule: 8 hour days
Worksite Setting: Dentures only location
Scope of Work:
Extractions Full mouth and surgical
Dentures (impressions, adjustments, relines—full lab ands staff on-site)
Implants (not required but desired)
Implants restoration
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements:
WA state license
DEA
BLS
