FAMILY PHYSICIAN OUTPATIENT BETHEL ALASKA
We are searching for a BC?BE Family Medicine Ohysician for an outpatient position in Bethal Alaska
Salary 250 to 300k

• *Starting Salary for three year contract with Retention and Annual Performance Bonuses:
o Guaranteed Base Annual Salary of $250,848
o Retention Bonus:
? Years 1 & 2 at 7 %: $17,559.36
? Year 3 at 9.1%: $22,827.17
o Annual Performance Bonus: $60,000 (paid out Quarterly)
• Sign On Bonus: $50,000 for three-year contract
• Relocation Incentive: Individual Relocation $15,000; Family Relocation $20,000
