    - OB procedures: Low & high risk Pregnancy, FHR interpretation - NST/CST/FSE, Amniocentesis,
    - Labor and delivery: Routine &Complicated deliveries, VBAC's, REpair of 3rd & 4th Degree Laceration
    - GYN : Office/Minor & Surgical Gynecology
    - Operative/Major(Includes Diagnostic)
• Office Equipment: Basic OB/GYN Services including Colpo
• Lab & Ultrasound Onsite
• Beds in the Dept: 15

    - Provider must be /able to do both OB and GYN call.

Requirements:
• Active IL License or IMLC
• BC/BE
