Description
We are currently working with GoHealth Urgent Care. They are seeking coverage starting as soon as possible. GoHealth Urgent Care operates in Springfield, MO, and Joplin, MO, providing essential healthcare services to the local communities. The urgent care facilities offer convenient and accessible medical care for non-life-threatening conditions, aiming to bridge the gap between primary care and emergency room services. With a focus on delivering high-quality healthcare, GoHealth Urgent Care ensures that individuals in Springfield and Joplin have prompt access to medical professionals for various healthcare needs.GoHealth Urgent Care
Springfield, MO and Joplin, MO (1 hour away from each other) Urgent Care
• Location: Springfield, MO and Joplin, MO
• Coverage: Ongoing, 14 shifts per month
• Patient Load: 30-50 patients per day
• Patient Demographics: 70% Adults, 30% Pediatrics
• Team Support: Work alongside skilled Medical Assistants, Radiology Technicians, and Scribes
• Will consider iMLC candidates
• State-of-the-art facilities with lab and mobile X-ray
• Access to additional Mercy resources
• EPIC EMR Requirements:
• Board Certification
• Comfortable seeing all ages
• BLS certification
• Flexibility in location is essential, as the role may require working across their six different facilities.
• Proficiency in minor procedures: suturing, wound care, I & Ds, splinting, X-Ray, and ECG overread, place IVs
• Ability to read EKGs and X-rays
