Description
Setting: Free Standing Clinic
Dates of coverage needed: ASAP (quick credentialing) to July 1
Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8a - 5p - will also cover at other locations
Scope of Practice: Urgent Care, work related injuries, pre-employment physicals
Experience: 2+ years of UC and Occ Med experience
