Physician / Surgery - General / Kentucky / Locum or Permanent / General Surgery near Louisville, KY Job

• 15-20 patients/day, 150 cases/month
• PA support for clinic visits and OR assistance
• 3 OR rooms and 1 endoscopy room
• Hospital-employed position with integrated EMR (Epic) in hospital and clinics
• Family Medicine Residency program - teaching opportunities available
