Family Practice Medical Director

Position Highlights:

• Outpatient-only, M-F
• No call, no nights, and no weekends
• Patient volume is about 17 patients per day
• NextGen EMR

Financial Package:

• Up to $297,826 base salary based on experience with bonus potential
• $100,000 sign-on bonus
• $300,000 student loan forgiveness
• CME allowance of $3,000 per year, with 48 hours per year
• Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, life, and vision insurance
• Retirement plan with 5% match
• Malpractice insurance, including tail coverage covered
• Sick leave accrual up to 48 hours per year, with a maximum of 96 hours depending on hours worked.
• 3 weeks of vacation per year, with additional day added every 12 months worked, and 9 paid holidays.
• Relocation assistance up to $10,000 available.
