Premier Physician Services is looking to fill the need for a Nurse Practitioner with Electrophysiology experience with their client located in Northern AZ. 13 Week contract, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Minimum 2 years of experience EP/Cardiology. Hourly Rate + Travel/Lodging
Work Details: Support staff: MA/ EP physician Amount of coverage needed per month: Full Time Patients per day: Varies/ 14 Patient population/age: Adult average 65 Department description: EP/Cardiology EMR: Cerner Hospital bed size: 99 Special procedures: None Skills required: Attention to details/ EMR Savvy, Competent at placing orders. Practice Setting: Hospital and Clinic Requirements: Board Certification: Certification ANCC License required: AZ State Licensure as Nurse Practitioner - Required DEA: DEA License to Prescribe Schedule II-V Controlled Substances CSR: No Certifications preferred: BLS (American Heart Association), ACLS Credentialing Timeframe: ASAP
