32 ED Beds
16 ICU Beds
EMR used is Epic
Daily Staffing model - 36 hours physician coverage and 27.5 hours NP/PA coverage
Specialty services include peds, psych, neuro surg, OB, ENT, trauma

Credentials: Active Ohio medical license, DEA, proof of ATLS obtained once. Provider must show evidence of 2000 hours of ED work in the past 24 months. Must be Covid vaccinated or request an exemption form. Clean files are preferred in order to expedite privileges.
