• % of Practice: 70% Oncology, 30% Hematology
• Required Procedures:
    - Management of VAD/CV catheters, order tests, order images, prescribe meds.
• Trauma Level: III
• EMR: Cerner (Epic FY24)
• Other Info: Willing to consider Medical Oncologist or Hem/Onc provider.
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:
• Active IA License
• BC/BE (ABMS or AOA); If BE, must be 0-5 yrs post residency
• Must be available for the requested April shifts listed above
• COVID Vaccination proof
• Local candidate/Driving distance (preferred)
