Physician / Family Practice / Arizona / Locum or Permanent / Family or Internal Medicine (FM or IM) - Locum Tenens Job

• Specialty: Outpatient Family Medicine - ANY STATE LICENSE
• Work Dates Needed: 3-6 months. Starting as soon as accepted/cleared. (likely start date is Dec or early January)
• Preferred Schedule: M-F   8:00AM-5 PM
• Worksite Setting: Remote Indian Health Clinic in Peach Springs AZ
• Scope of Work:  Willing to work in primary care, see walk-ins, and do some COVID-swabbing-related duties at Peach Springs. The primary care visits would include some kids’ and women’s health care. Providers’ clinics here are scheduled with ~12 patients per day.  
• Licenses, Certifications, Requirements:  BC/BE in IM/FM; BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Travel: Flights, lodging and rental car provided
