We are working with Dignity Health at Solano Street Medical Clinic to help fulfill their need for a Primary Care locums provider. Located in Corning, CA, Solano Street Medical Clinic offers many services, including Primary Care, Family Practice, and Internal Medicine, and is dedicated to delivering high quality, compassionate care and access to Corning and nearby communities. Rural Outpatient Clinic Primary Care
• Seeking ongoing, full-time coverage (6 months) beginning July 1
• Monday – Friday, 7:30a – 5:30p; provider will work 4 days per week
• Average 18-23 patients per day
• Will see all ages; primarily adults
• Case load includes standard primary care and occasional walk-in acute care
• Joint injections and trigger points preferred
• Support staff includes MA and Medical Director
• Cerner EMR
• $150/hr
