A pillar General Surgeon in this rural community has hung up their hat, leaving this thriving and well respected hospital system to open its doors for a Surgeon to take over for an existing patient panel. You will have autonomy in your practice, a voice in this organization, and a work/life balance that Surgeons search their entire career to find. Not to mention you will be paid handsomely for what you bring to the table.

The ideal candidate is a BC/BE General Surgeon comfortable working as a solo Surgeon and one who is seeking a bread and butter case load including endoscopies. This facility currently does NOT have robotics, so proficiency in surgery without them is also a must.

- Salary of $450k and goes up with experience
- $60 per wRVU
- $50,000 Commencement Bonus
- $10,000 Relocation with receipts
- TURN KEY = take over for existing practice + community has a huge demand if you want to grow the practice further
- You control the volume of cases you see
- Only 10 days of call! Plus $500 per call shift you opt to take on top of that
