Physician / Wyoming / Locum or Permanent / BC CD/ Powell, WY Job

• Work Dates Needed: 6/15/2024- Ongoing (trying to hire perm)
• Preferred Schedule: 4-5 days per week , 8-5 hours (first appt 820 last 420p) 
• no call, no weekends
• Worksite Setting: Volumes approximately 12-14, very busy outpatient clinic
• Scope of Work: general cardiology, performing stress echos one half day, with ability to read/perform nuclear medicine cardiac reads with some inpatient cardiac consults. 
• Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Hep B Series or titer positive, MMR X 2 or positive titers, chicken pox or positive titers. TDAP, Last flu/covid dates (vaccines are not mandated at PVHC)

• EMR: Cerner
• Pay Rate Preferred: $300/hr
