Description
Palliative Care & Hospice NP (or PA) InpatientJoin an expanding Palliative Care & Hospice team. Inpatient position. Monday - Friday, 8a - 5, no weekends, rotating call. Support 6 patients per day. Practice autonomously. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care needs. Symptom management, chronic disease management, goals of care, advanced care planning. Non-profit integrated regional health system in NW Ohio. Central location close to metro areas and 45 minutes to Toledo International airport. Requirements:BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Palliative Care & Hospice experience desired
Geriatric Certification required, or willing to obtain within 1 year
OH license, or eligible
