Description
- Work Dates Needed:
- April 26th – 28th (leaving 29th at 0700)
- May 3rd - 6th
- May 25th - May 27th (leaving 28th) or possibly 24th - 26th (leaving 27th)
- May 31st, awaiting June dates- ongoing
- Preferred Schedule: I 24 hour coverage- beeper
- Worksite Setting: Hospital Level II Truama - 110 births per year
- Scope of Work: Labor and Delivery
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: DEA, BC, BLS, References, Case logs, Covid Vax, CMEs for past two years, OR License and CSR
- EMR: Epic
