Description
- Work Dates Needed: June 3rd - 3 to 6 months ( 1 month for credentials)
- Preferred Schedule: 40 hours a week 5 days a week needed

- Worksite Setting: Outpatient client FQHC. 20 patients per day. All ages.
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: CA license, DEA, BLS, Clean background / license, NPDB, MD or DO & Board Certified.
