Description
Cross Country Locums is seeking out a Nurse Practitioner to perform Physical Examinations in Tucson, AZ
- Work Dates Needed: Flexible based on providers availability. May start 1-2 days/week and gradually increase as volume increases.
- Preferred Schedule: Weekdays, Either 8A-4P or 9A-5P Flexible and will work with the provider's availability
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient
- Scope of Work: Perform compensation and pension exams (general medicine) & responsible for filling out Disability Benefits Questionnaire (DBQs) for various conditions.
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: AZ State Medical License, Board Certification, BLS
- Local providers only please
- Pay: $90.00 per hour plus mileage. Rates can be flexible depending on experience.
