Physician / Michigan / Locum or Permanent / Obstetrician / Gynecologist (OBG) - Locum Tenens Job

• Work Dates Needed: August 2 - 13; Aug 30- Sept 7; Sept 20- Sept 30; Oct 5- Oct 16; Nov 1- Nov 11; Dec6 - Dec17 
• Preferred Schedule:  5p - 7a daily  Clinic scheduled hours and Call
• Worksite Setting: Hospital outpatient and inpatient
• Scope of Work: low risk pregnancy, high risk pregnancy, FHR Interpretation, OB Ultra sounds for Performance of Interpretation for  level 1 Screen (viability) and Level II (anatomic), Amniocentesis preferred;  Routine delivery Vaginal;  low forceps (preferred);  Decision making for c-section, complicated delivery (c-section) preferred; Breech (required); Multiple births (preferred)Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations (preferred), 30 minute response time for beeper call.  
• Patients per shift 3, beds in dept 4; Phone consults average 3 per shift with 3 patients seen and 3 admissions.
• Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: MI license, DEA, CSR, ACLS, BLS, BC
• Travel, Lodging, and A++ Malpractice Insurance Provided
