Description

Locum CRNAs needed to start ASAP and work a 6 month assignment with option to extend in Fort Worth, TX. Prefer TX licensed candidates.

Schedule is 4x10s, not flexible. No holidays or weekends.
Min candidate availability needs to be 2 weeks per month, preferably full time candidates
Guaranteed 40 hours per week for FT candidates.
No Call.
Types of cases/Case Volume: All Cases, no OB
CRNA's are supervised.
Candidates need to have active TX license or compact license.
Epic EMR.
Credentialing: 60 days.
$500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
$Competitive Hourly pay + A++ rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included. Prefer local/drive over candidates.
