Requirements:
• Active CA license
• BC/BE
• DEA
• BLS & PALS
• APC's with 3 years of experience
• PAs must have CA Controlled Substance Education Course Certificate
• NPs must have Furnishing License with Schedules II
• COVID Vaccine (Primary Series + Booster OR 1 dose current)
