We are currently facilitating the search for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a compassionate healthcare facility serving the people of Coos County, NH and surrounding areas.
 
Your New Role:
• Position: Family Practice Nurse Practitioner (NP)
• Job Duration: Full Time/Permanent
• Employer: Regional Hospital System
• Setting: Outpatient Primary Care
• Schedule: Full-time, 36 patient hours, 4 hours admin time, NO CALL
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in outpatient primary care, rural health clinic experience preferred

In this Role:
You will engage primarily in outpatient care, splitting your time between acute care and an established patient panel. Your responsibilities will include providing primary care services from pediatric to geriatric patients, managing chronic diseases, and seeing approximately 18-24 patients per day. You will work autonomously, supported by an RN Team Leader and medical assistant. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining EMR records using Meditech Expanse and Dragon dictation.
