• BC or BE required
• Weekdays, Weekends, Days
• Looking for a provider who can cover Wednesday and Saturdays
• Typically 15 patients on Wednesday and 20 patients on Saturday
• Sick and well visits, treat patients with ADHD, refills, school physicals, & MAs will admin shots
• Credentialing not needed
• DEA needed
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
