• Work Dates Needed:  Starting as soon as credentialed | Ongoing coverage needs 2024

• Preferred Schedule:  Preferred Schedule:  5-7 days with 24/7 support | 12hr shifts| 24hr call (8hrs on site / 16hrs unrestricted)

• Worksite Setting: Hospital | Inpatient | Central Arizona

• Scope of Work:  Will work solo/independently with 24/7 hospitalist support |10-15 patients per physician per day | Adult patients only |  Must have competency in ERCP |Advanced (EUS/ERCP) represent 10% of daily demand | Cases/Procedures: Upper GI Endoscopy with and without ERCP; Sigmoidoscopy [flexible and rigid]; Colonoscopy [with/without biopsy]; Liver biopsy;  Insertion/management of sengstaken-blakemore tube | Not required to supervise other healthcare providers | Locums do not respond to in-house codes | Locums are not expected to backup for the ED or cover trauma | 24/7 hospitalist support for admissions | Client has a transfer service protocol to assist with transfer needs | 317 beds | 24 ICU beds | Lab  & X-ray onsite | Level 4 trauma |
