Description
Annashae is seeking a Full-time Psychiatrist at an inpatient mental health facility in Chester, IL. The provider can be 100% on-site or have a hybrid schedule (3 days on-site 2 days remote). The facility is seeking coverage Monday-Friday 8a-4:30p. This position offers no weekends, no call & no holidays. Additional Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Documentation of reasons for medication changes
• Progress during facility stay to justify transfer to less secure facility
• Review of seclusions & restraints at lease twice a month

Requirements:
• Current, full, and unrestricted Illinois Medical license
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry
• Current DEA Certificate
• Current Illinois Controlled Substance Certificate
