• Schedule: 14-16 days per month, clinic hours Monday-Friday 8a-730p, Saturday/Sunday 9a-5p
• Job Setting: Outpatient, 10-20 patients per shift
• Type of Cases: Family Medicine, urgent care
• Credentialing: 90 days

Minimum Requirements for Consideration

• Board Certified 
• Certifications: BLS, DEA
• Licensure: Active Minnesota license is required
