• Desirable Practice Setting: Clinic onsite at hospital with block OR days guaranteed

• Favorable Call Schedule: In-house hospitalists take admissions, other call shared (1:3)
• Culture & Support: APPs in office + nursing support + 2 experienced Urologists onsite

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Compensation: Base plus RVU - Current Urologists making 90th percentile MGMA

Qualifications: 

• Degree:  MD or DO
• Licensure/Certifications:  BE or BC in Urology
• Experience:  Open to new grads or experienced physicians
