PATIENT INFORMATION - Average Daily Volume: 20 clinic patients/day; 2 EP lab days/week
FACILITY INFORMATION - EMR System: Cerner
- Support Staff Available: APP support, Full clinic staff
PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE - Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
REQUIRED PROCEDURES - Electrophysiology procedures (device implants, ablations, EP studies)
JOB REQUIREMENTS - Board: Board Certified in Electrophysiology
- Licenses: Active MI License
- DEA: DEA Certification Required
- Other Qualifications: Local provider within commutable distance; Availability for 3 weeks/month; COVID-19 vaccination; Must provide rates at name clear
Duties & Responsibilities - Provide daily onsite coverage in clinic and cath lab, Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
- Perform electrophysiology procedures, including device implants and ablations
- Manage outpatient clinic with approximately 20 patients per day
- Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and full clinic support team
- Complete documentation in Cerner EHR system
