Physician / ObGyn / New Hampshire / Permanent / OBGYN Needed for Coastal NH- $206K Starting Salary Plus RVU’s Job

Full time position available immediately for BE/BC OB/GYN physician with solid laparoscopic skills.  Position is hospital employed and approximately 50% OB and 50% GYN.  Some of the services expected to be offered are adolescent ob/gyn, menopause surgery, laparoscopy, hysteroscopy, and infertility.  There is a Dartmouth physician trained in oncology ob/gyn on staff part time.  Call schedule is 1:5.  Level I nursery with transfers from local hospitals.  New electrical fetal monitoring system and EMR.  Pediatricians are available for emergency c-sections, 24-hour anesthesia available and dedicated c-section OR on OB unit.  Annual birth volume is 500 deliveries.

Population of the town is around 35k with a service area of about 100k.  Hospital is an acute care community hospital with a staff of over 250 physicians and healthcare providers representing 39 specialties including pediatric subspecialties.  This facility is located in the Seacoast Region just 20 minutes from the coast, about one hour to Boston and a short drive to the lakes and mountains.  The Seacoast region offers endless recreation for all seasons including swimming, boating, fishing, hunting, and easy access to ski resorts.
