The Hematology Oncology opportunity on the Hudson River in New York:
-Start date: April 9, 2018
-Duration: April 9, 2018 to June 15, 2018
-Schedule: Monday – Friday, most likely off on Thursdays
-Shifts: 8a-4p
-No weekends, no call
-Clinic only
-Patient volume: 10-12 per day
-Patient mix: 100% adult
-Procedures: Management of VAD/CV catheters, FNA/biopsy
-Cancer treatment center has 10 rooms and 9 chairs; attached to the clinic; RAD ONC has 2 new linear accelerators
-EMR: Cerner
**Requirements: Board Certified in Oncology (BC in Hematology is also preferred but not required), Board Eligible if within 5 years of residency, active NY license (if inactive, can re-activate), ability to bill for Medicare and Medicaid, BLS
