Located in the Seattle/Tacoma, Washington Area

Long term ongoing need!

Rate: Negotiable Pay (based on availability) + travel, lodging and malpractice insurance
Schedule is 8a – 4:30p M-F
Looking for a 0.6 – 1.0 FTE
Rotating on-call schedule every 4-6 weeks (4:30 pm through 8:00 am Mon -Fri.  4:30 pm Fri through 8:00 am Mon)
Would be going into patient homes: residential homes, adult-family homes, nursing homes.  This is where they provide care.
100% Adult, 1.0 % peds, 85% Geriatric
Must be board certified, DEA and ACLS
