A ProvideLT client in the state of Utah is currently seeking a Hospitalist for Locum Tenens with the following requirements:
Board Certified
With active UT license
With Active DEA
Job Information:
To start: August 9th - August 14th.
Volume of Patients: 4 - 12 outpatients/ shift
Shifts: 10 - 12 hours
24 hour on call
Must be comfortable with central lines and vent management

Offered Compensation:
Holiday rates 1.5 x the regular rate
A+ malpractice coverage/Tail Coverage
