Need both MD and CRNA

Located in Wisconsin
Ideal start date ASAP
Weekly OR schedule M-F  Weekend call
EMR system Cerner
Adult/Geri 90%
Patients per day or cases per day ~ 20
Case Mix:
General, OB, Urology, cases ENT, Ortho, podiatry, Ophtho, GI, vascular, cardiac & thoracic
Blocks required: Interscalene, Adductor Canal, Popliteal, PENG, TAP, Spinal & Epi for CRNA

Physician will need to be comfortable with Hearts.
